Villa Almas beschikt over een multisportveld dat geschikt is voor tennis, volleybal, basketbal en voetbal. De netten zijn afneembaar afhankelijk van de sport en je kunt ook verschillende doelgroottes vinden. Het sportveld wordt verlicht door schijnwerpers, zodat je ook 's nachts van je activiteiten kunt genieten. Naast het sportveld is er een terrein voor een traditioneel spelletje bocce, dat ook verlicht is. Neorić is een kleine nederzetting in de Kroatische regio Midden-Dalmatië. Het ligt ongeveer 30 km van de stad Split. Neorić behoort tot de gemeente Muć. Het ligt in het achterland op 450 m boven zeeniveau aan de voet van de berg Moseć (843 m boven zeeniveau) en niet ver van de bergen genaamd Svilaja (1508 m boven zeeniveau). Villa Almas ligt op 10 minuten van de stad Sinj, die een historische plaats is en vooral in augustus veel te bieden heeft. In deze tijd wordt een van de meest aantrekkelijke veldslagen nagespeeld, die meer dan 300 jaar de bevrijding van dit gebied viert - Alka. Het is een rijk van water, velden en stenen. De stad Sinj en de rivier Cetina zullen je verleiden met hun rijke cultuur en eeuwenoude traditie. Het duurt slechts 20 minuten rijden om op een van de vele mooie stranden van Split en het historische complex van Split met het Diocletianus-paleis, dat onder de bescherming van UNESCO staat, te zijn, en de historische stad Trogir, die ook onder de bescherming van UNESCO staat, ligt op 45 km van de villa. Een bushalte met regelmatige verbindingen naar Split en Trogir ligt op 600 meter afstand en de internationale luchthaven van Split bereik je na 40 km. De veerhaven van Split met verbindingen naar talrijke Dalmatische eilanden ligt op 30 km afstand. Winkels, restaurants, bars, reisbureaus, tankstations en geldautomaten vind je ook in de dichtstbijzijnde stad genaamd Sinj, die 12 km verderop ligt. Bezoek ook het 65 km verderop gelegen Nationaal Park Krka.

5 of us have just returned from this incredible villa. The villa is perfection. Absolute perfection. The owners are 2 of the nicest people we have ever met. We also met their lovely son and they gave us a tour of the villa when we arrived. Its massive - its huge!! We had so much space inside and out!
The villa is spotlessly clean and that includes the outside areas as well. The pool is cleaned every single morning and its heated!! The gardens are glorious and the smell of the hundreds of roses was lovely!
We are all exhausted and this holiday was to rest and have fun - we really did rest and that pool was used every single day for hours and hours.
There are so many places to sit outside. Its honestly so big and so comfortable and all of the furnishings inside and out are top quality and so new. Showers are great and hot/powerful. Towels provided for us all. In fact they have everything you could possibly need.
The pool house has a huge fridge/freezer plus a huge tv as well as lots of seating and a massive table that seats (I think) 12. We used that every day.
Basketball and tennis courts! Trampolines/swings! Table tennis/bikes! So much to do! They also have a gym and a lovely new sauna!!
There are 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms!!! One of the bedrooms is a suite and has its own living room and 2 big beds plus its own bathroom.
We were blown away and loved every single minute and cant recommend this place enough.
There are some small shops 2 minutes in the car.
Its about 40 minutes easy drive from Split airport - but we wanted to be away from the madness and be somewhere quiet. It is so cheap to hire a car in Split and we only left the villa TWICE!!!
Lastly, the owners completely respect your privacy and never ever bother you. They live in another house further away from the villa. They are so kind and so so friendly. I would send WhatsApp messages to ask for advice for things and he was always so happy to help. They have a dog called Timmy - we absolutely loved Timmy. He isn't allowed over to the villa but we would go and get him lol because he was so much fun! He is the most affectionate dog I have ever met! But if you are not a fan of dogs then don't worry as Timmy does live with the owners and would never come over to the house - we just wanted him over!

From the moment our group arrived, we already felt at home in another country. We were greeted with delicious snacks and a lovely tour of the villa at check-in. Silvana and her husband even had some delicious homemade rakia for us to cheers with on our arrival. They were both absolutely lovely to interact with during our entire time there and were super responsive.
House itself is large and worked well for our group of 12. Plenty of space to come together, but still have your own space if needed. Loved the karaoke speaker and microphone. Everything was clean and as pictured in the posting. The house is nice and private, so you really feel like you are in your own world there. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
